A powerhouse ‘Crash’ starts the Oscar discussion

Similarities to 2000’s Traffic abound, with multiple stories woven around a strong ethnically diverse ensemble cast. Filmed in L.A., ‘Crash’ is gut-wrenching, heartbreaking, and inspiring. It is not simply a film about race relations or inner city isolation, but also about the human condition and the anger, prejudice, and redemption that lies within each of us.
