The Debt

Gripping psycho-spy thriller
Retired Mossad agents (Helen Mirren, Tom Wilkinson, Ciaran Hinds) have to deal with a glorified past that comes back to haunt them. Old fashioned espionage thriller that relies on nail biting interpersonal drama to elevated effect. Brutal without being graphic, gravitas of acting prowess to spare. Also stars Jessica Chastain, Marton Csokas, and Sam Worthington.
Rated R for some violence and language.
Grade: B+
